At Naas Tourism L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing seamless travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and this Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and payment. By securing your booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Advance Payment Requirement
A deposit is required online as per the details provided on the website. If the booking is made within 45 to 30 days prior to the tour departure, 75% of the total tour cost or the non-refundable component, whichever is higher, is due. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full amount (100%) of the total tour cost will be required.
2. Currency and Price Changes
All prices are quoted in UAE AED and are subject to change without prior notice. For Flight Inclusive Tour (FIT) packages, the full payment for flights is due at the time of booking. If air tickets are being issued or blocked based on a time limit, the full AED amount must be paid before issuance. If payment is delayed, the price may change.
3. Booking Confirmations and Availability
Booking confirmations are subject to availability at the time of request. Hotel rooms and air seats are not held in advance. We do not hold reservations for air seats, hotel rooms, or conference rooms; the final availability status will only be confirmed once bookings are requested.
4. Holiday Surcharge
If a holiday surcharge is applicable, it will be added to the cost of the booking.
5. Overstay and Additional Expenses
In case of any delay or changes in flight schedules that lead to an overstay, the guest will be responsible for any additional expenses. We will provide assistance to the best of our ability but will not be liable for these costs.
6. Quoted Prices and Reservations
The prices quoted on the website are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, and no reservations are currently held for the quoted prices.
