At Naas Tourism L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Cancellation Terms
Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@lightpink-weasel-525342.hostingersite.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 to 45 days from the date of cancellation request.
Unutilized Services: No refunds will be provided for any unutilized services, such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, and sightseeing, regardless of the reason.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees vary depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date:
- 10 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge
- 10 to 15 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge + Non-Refundable Component
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% cancellation charge + Non-Refundable Component
- Hotel / Air: 100% charge in case of non-refundable ticket or hotel room
- Cruise / Visa: Charged at actual costs
Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
3. Specific Service Policies
Day Tours/Activities: Cancellations made seven days or more in advance of the tour departure will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within three to six days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee. No refunds will be permitted within 24 hours of departure.
Package Tours: For package tours, including guided tours and vacation packages, cancellation deadlines are typically communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for specific details regarding cancellation deadlines and associated fees.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Non-Refundable Hotel Reservations: These bookings are exempt from cancellation and do not qualify for any refunds.
Non-Refundable Flight Tickets: Specific flight fares, such as basic economy or promotional fares, may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
5. Force Majeure
In the event that a tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control), we shall not be responsible for providing any refunds. However, at our sole discretion, we may offer refunds based on various factors, including the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers and coach operators. The decision on the quantum of refund shall be final.
6. Refund Process
Form of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the booking. For payments made by credit card, refunds will be reversed to the original credit card account.
Bank Charges: Any bank charges associated with the refund process will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
